Because each item is custom-made exclusively for you, it cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Additionally, the handmade nature of our work gives each piece its own unique character and soul. Slight variations may occur, which are not flaws, but rather a testament to the human touch and artistry that went into creating your pet's memorial. We hope you will cherish these unique details as part of its story.

To honor the bespoke process, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Customized Products: All items featuring your pet's portrait, personalized text, or custom dimensions.
- Special Sale Items: Discounted items or those purchased with a promo code are considered final sale.

We understand how heartbreaking it can be to receive a damaged package. Please do not worry—we are here to make it right.

Aside from the situations mentioned above (damage or our error), custom orders are generally non-refundable.

Because our artisans begin working on your order almost immediately, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us as soon as possible. After this window, the creation process may have already begun, making changes difficult.
