Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $150 USD.
For orders under $150 USD, a flat shipping fee of $16.99 USD will apply to ensure your item reaches you safely.
Processing & Delivery Times
Because every piece is meticulously hand-painted by our artisans, we ask for your patience during the creation process.
  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to craft and prepare your order.
  • Estimated Delivery:
        - Free Shipping: 20-25 business days
        - Expedited Shipping: 15-20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures. Occasional delays due to holidays, weather, or global events are beyond our control, but we always do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible.
Duties & Taxes
A special gift from us to you: PetMeto covers all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
Split Shipments (Pre-order & Out-of-Stock Items)
If your order includes pre-order or out-of-stock items, we don't want to keep you waiting. We will ship all in-stock items immediately. The remaining items will be sent as soon as they are available. So, if you receive a partial delivery, don't worry—your other items are on the way!
Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our workshop, we want you to know exactly where it is.
  • If you provided a phone number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a Tracking ID and a link to follow your package's journey.
  • Please note that tracking information usually updates within 3-6 business days after shipment.
Address Accuracy
To ensure your memorial arrives safely, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
